These activities, Mr. Policarpio stated, ARE BEING CONTINUED BY THE BARBERS SONS. Senator Barbers initially used Tito Miranda to arrange his schemes but later on was using Eduardo de Luna. Tito Miranda realized that Eduardo de Luna is very closed to Mr. Arroyo and has now formed a partnership with Mr. De Luna in making arrangement on collusive schemers ON BEHALF OF THE BARBERS SONS. Ang final question ng mga kurimaw: Sino kina ex-Surigao Governor Lyndon Barbers, ex-PTA chairman Dean Barbers at incumbent Gov. Ace Barbers (dating Congressman ng Surigao) ang iningungusong ‘Barbers sons’ ni Policarpio, maliban kung aakuin ng mga may-ari ng barber shop at iba pang hair cutters ang responsibilidad?
