JAKARTA, Indonesia --- Sinimulan ni Pangulong Noynoy “PNoy” Aquino ang 3-day state visit sa pag-aalay ng bulaklak (wreath-laying ceremony) sa Kalibata Natio­nal Heroes Cemetery kahapon (Martes), alas-9:00 ng umaga -- ito’y bilang respeto at pagpupugay sa mga kinikila­lang bayani ng binibisitang bansa nito, kasama ang buong Philippine delegation.

Bago ang wreath-laying ceremony kahapon, pitong (7) mataas na opisyal ng Indonesia, sa pangunguna nina Ministry of Foreign Affairs Marty Natalegawa, Ambassador of the Indonesia to the Philippines Yohanes Kristiarto Soeryo Legowo, at Ministry of Youth and Sports Andi Mallarangeng ang sumalubong kay PNoy sa Soekam o Hatta Internatio­nal Airport, alas-11:45 ng gabi (Lunes).

Ilan pang Indonesian official ang sumalubong sa delegasyon ni PNoy -- sina Governor of Jakarta Military Secretary to the President Fuazi Bowo, Regional Military Commander Major General Marciano Norman, Regional Police Commander Major General Sutarman, Indonesian President Aide de-camp Col. Yunus Ismael.

Sa panig ng Philippine delegation -- sina Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Secretary Albert Del Rosario, Charge d’ Affairs Philippine Embassy Maria Rosairo Aquinaldo, Philippine Permanent Representative to ASEAN Wilfrido Villacorta at Minister and Consul General Philippine Embassy Bernardita Catalla ang sumalubong sa delegasyon ni PNoy sa airport.

Sina Minister and Consul Ronnel Santos, at First Secretary and Consul Germinia Usudan naman ang sumalubong sa Philippine delegation, alas-12:45 ng hatinggabi ng Martes sa Grand Hyatt Hotel, kasama si Peter Stettler, hotel ge­neral manager. Naunang dumating si Del Rosario sa Indonesia noong Linggo, kasabay ng 25-man media delegation.

Napag-usapan ang Indonesia trip ni PNoy, isang arri­val honors ang ipinagkaloob kay PNoy, sampu ng Philippine delegation sa Istana Merdeka (Indonesia Presidential Palace), alas-10:00 ng umaga kahapon, kasunod ang photo session kay Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyo­no, partikular sa Credential Halls. Tanging limang (5) mediamen, kasama ang in-house photographer at cameramen ang pinayagang kumuha rito.

Makaraan ang photo session, isang courtesy call sa Jepara Room (Istana Merdeka) ang ibinigay ni PNoy kay President Bambang, alas-10:30 ng umaga, kasama sina Sec. Del Rosario, Department of Finance Secretary Cesar Purisima, Department of Trade and Industry Sec. Gregory Domingo at Presidential Adviser on Peace Process Teresita Quintos-Deles.

Alas-11:00 ng umaga, nagkaroon ng bilateral meeting sa Ceremonial Hall ang dalawang (2) bansa -- pinanguna­han nina Sec. Del Rosario, Charge d’ Affairs Aquinaldo, Sec. Purisima, Sec. Domingo, Department of Energy Secretary (DOE) Rene Almendras, Sec. Deles, Presidential Communication Operation Office (PCOO) Secretary Sonny Coloma, DFA Undersecretary (Usec) Erlinda Basilio, Assistant Secretary (Asec) Cristina Ortega (Office of the Asian and Pacific), Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) chairman Ricardo Garcia at Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Ge­neral Raul Bacalzo.

Tinapos ni PNoy ang ikalawang araw ng 3-day state vi­sit sa signing ceremony -- ito’y may kinalaman sa tatlong (3) kasunduan -- ang memorandum of understanding (MOU) on Basic Education, Sports Cooperation at Cooperation on Preventing and Combating Transnational Crimes, panghuli ang joint press briefing, kasama si President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono.

Tanging tig-dalawang (2) tanong ang ibi­nigay sa media. Sa panig ng Philippine media -- sina Ms. Genalyn Kabiling (Manila Bulletin) at Ms. Marie Pena-Ruiz (Radyo ng Bayan) ang nabunot sa raffle upang magtanong sa dalawang (2) lider.
